Well I really want to find this show!

All I can remember is that it was about this boy, who gets a gentically engineered twin, and he had something wrong with his eyes?

Firstly, welcome to the forum allthough it would be nice if you could sign up as a proper member instead of a guest, the more members the merrier.

I'm usually good with early 2000's shows but that is not ringing any bells, I will have a look around and I'm sure some of the other members might know
